Here’s our Top 5 list of food/drinks to avoid when you are trying to lose weight:

Stop drinking Regular and Diet Sodas. If you replace them with water daily, you would easily lose up to 35 pounds in one year.

 
1.  Stop drinking Alcohol. This consists of pure concentrated sugar that will make you gain fat easily.

2. Avoid Junk food such as potato chips, candies, ice cream, etc. The ingredients in these foods make you want to eat more and you’ll stay addicted to them.

4. Avoid processed foods because it removes all the stuff that helps you lose weight and replaces them with stuff like sugar and oil which will make you fatter.
5.Avoid foods that has the term “Multigrain”. It only means processed carbs. Choose “Whole Grain” instead.

  •  Jam
  •  Puddings
  •  Bread made with white flour
  •  Canned fruits with added sugar
  •  Liquorice

Make sure to read the food labels of the products that you buy at the grocery store. Keep a Food Journal with you so that you’re aware of your calorie intake. Most importantly, drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday.
